| Details: | Repeat TC+ following routine positive on 1/6. All other repeats and triggered samples absent. This location was the same as the original routine positive from the designated sapling station. System will try to invalidate and replace sample since it was the same fixture and all others absent. The addresses on the lab forms do not match, but Gene assured me these samples were from the same sample station. If Chuck approves the address correction, Gene will take a replacement sample Monday. | ||
