| Details: | Monthly GW Compliance Report - Nonreporting 01.12.2026 - I emailed the operator and provided the following information: - The coliform test results for the water sample collected on 12/09 shows no recorded chlorine residual. The operator is reminded the system should always keep a chlorine residual of at least 0.5 mg/L at the entry point to ensure 4-log viral disinfection. - The most recent GW compliance report available in Data Online is for October. Our data entry team is currently short-staffed, creating a backlog of uploads. It is possible the November and December reports have already been submitted but not yet processed. However, if they have not yet been sent to the state, the operator was advised to submit both reports as soon as possible. - Additionally, while reviewing the October report, I noticed that the sample times are not legible and the bottom section of the form was not completed. The operator was advised to provide the camp host with additional guidance to ensure all data entered on the form is legible and all sections properly filled out. |
