| Details: | Study the Dundee water system and visit with city operating staff to determine problems with conducting a successful future CT study. 1. Submitted a CT test pre-approval report to OHA, 8/2/18 based on system operating assumptions prior to field visit. 2. Provide HECO memorandum for site visit 8/30/18 (See attached). Summary as follows: a) Tested inflow rate to cemetery reservoir. Altitude valve appears to limit inflow rate too much. b) Used a fire monitor to increase system flow rate. Flow was still below the desired rate. c) Checked chlorine residuals from grab samples using portable analyzers. These might have practical limits for a CT test of limited duration. |
