| Details: | DWS contacted owner to discuss TC+ repeat collected 1/8/26. DWS concluded that the 1/5/26 routine and 1/8/26 repeat TC+ were due to domestic plumbing, or non-distribution system issues at the 37 Gerber Ct location. These samples have been invalidated. Owner explained that neighbor's property has noticeable wet area on ground. Possible septic or other utility issue. This has occurred in the past and coincided with TC+. Owner plans to investigate and repair the issue. DWS instructed owner to remove 37 Gerber Ct from coliform sampling plan due to persistent coliform detections. Owner will collect another routine sample from a separate location on 1/16/26. |
