| Details: | Spoke on the phone and also sent an email about the repeat positive total coliform. Operator had been spoken to in December about the initial total coliform sample and taking three repeats in January. Only one repeat had been taken and they needed to take an additional 2 samples. They were also told and emailed a copy of Coliform Level I investigation and that this also needed to be completed ASAP. Operator is to take the other two samples this month and complete and email the Level I investigation form. Next month operator needs to take an additional 3 samples in distribution. |
