| Details: | Dave, A formal response, and/or a completed ‘Coliform Sampling Plan’, was due on 10/31/25. I was on extended leave during that period. I am back now and following up. We are approaching the absolute deadline for returning to compliance at: ‘Windance Business Park’ public water system (2/3/26). Have you updated your Coliform Sampling Plan? See attached template. If/when completed, please send me a copy. Missing the 2/3/26 completion date will result in a requirement to issue a public notification announcing the missed deadline. Hopefully that will not be necessary. Please let me know if you have any questions. |
