| Details: | Ms. Stewart contacted me on Friday, Jan. 16 regarding the total coliform present sample from 1/15/26. I instructed her to take a repeat at the same site and an additional triggered sample at/nearest the well (as an OVS system). She stated she would submit these as soon as possible and early the week of Jan. 20-23, 2026. |
