| Details: | 01.20.2026 - Paul provided an update. Watsonville is currently working with Civil West to adjust payment terms in the proposed contract to more closely align with the actual payments' timelines of the project. Paul anticipates a signed contract in place this month. That being said, the January 31 completion date will push out at least 3-6 months. Next steps: Once the contract is signed, Paul will work with Civil West to adjust the project's timeline. |
