| Details: | Country Club Estates operates a treatment facility serving 17 home sites approximately 5 miles south of the city of Coos Bay Oregon. Water supply comes from Coos Bay North Bend Water supply and is gravity fed through piping under the Isthmus Slough approximately 6,000 feet prior to being chlorinated and pumped into a series of tanks which supply the system’s users. The water receives chlorine disinfection and filtration which requires a .5 log inactivation CT. The Country Club Estates system tracer study was re-scheduled following plumbing modifications and performed to establish contact time for the current system configuration using the CBNB water source. The tracer study chemical used was for this tracer study was sodium chloride. 11-29-18 – Performed Tracer Study on-site at Country Club Estates: 1. Conducted the tracer study testing and collected corresponding data. 2. Compiled tracer study report post testing and submitted to OHA for review. The technical memo will be prepared and submitted on 12-11-18 |
