| Details: | Emailed to inform Miguel that all repeat and triggered source samples came back positive for total coliform. The next steps here are for him to complete a Level 1 investigation. This must be done within 30 days. Form was attached to email and requested to return to me. It is recommended that they shock and flush their system. Also discussed with Miguel was taking apart facets, scrubbing them and then sanitizing them. They didn't get photos back to inspector in time to qualify to be reduced back down to quarterly sampling due to the generation of the Level 1 investigation. |
