| Details: | David called me to tell me that the source sample was absent but a few of the distribution samples were positive. The thing that is common about these samples is that a filter was recently changed. He is going to work through ensuring the filter is sanitized and the system flushed and will take special samples to verify that corrected the issue. A level 1 investigation for was emailed to David. David is aware that three temporary routine samples in distribution are required in February. If those samples come back absent the firm will be back to one routine sample per quarter starting in second quarter. | ||
