| Details: | I spoke with the operator regarding all 3 of the repeats and the triggered sample test results being TC+. They're unsure what the cause of contamination could be. Their triggered sample was not taken at the well head but instead at the storage tank. They will be disinfecting the storage tank and we are scheduling a day to conduct the Level 2 Coliform Investigation. TC - Total Coliform |
