| Details: | I emailed the operator, a Circuit Rider representative, the DRC, and the potential future DRC regarding the nitrate test result (9.72 mg/l) that exceeded the nitrate trigger level (5.0 mg/l). Last contact I had with the operator was during a Teams meeting (Oct 29, 2025) with several people in attendance about this PWS being consolidated into The City of Gold Hill (PWS 41-00333). I informed the operator about the late coliform samples for the 3rd quarter of 2025, asked about whether or not a nitrate RAA public notice was distributed, what alternative source of water has been provided to the residents, and if they have an anticipated date of connecting to city water.
