| Details: | Gates' let me know that after completing the Direct Integrity Test (DIT) on the membrane filter train #2, he found the train exceeded the PDRmax. PDRmax for train 2 was 0.35 psi/min and the established setpoint is 0.23 psi/min. The operator let me know that he repaired the train 2 on 01/21 and it was placed back into service. Calculating the LRV with the PDRmax result of 0.35 psi/min showed that the LRV was 3.82, normally their LRV is 4.77. It was determined that a Tier 2 notice was not needed. |
