| Details: | I was contacted by a resident at the system who expressed some concerns about how the water system is being managed and about the quality of the water. I showed him where to find submitted sample results in data online. We discussed coliform and arsenic monitoring and the most recent results for both. The caller was concerned about who is collecting water samples and where they are collected from and he also mentioned some occasional issues with water pressure and clarity. The caller also is concerned they are not getting notified properly/timely regarding advisories and lifting of advisories. The caller also gave me a phone number for what he called a new manager that was working on setting up a clubhouse onsite. | ||
