Details:	Will Dawson met with water system staff onsite to discuss their system, necessary improvements and the requirements for submitting the SIPP application. After meeting to discuss their options, they said that they could manage the application process themselves and, at this time, would not require assistance on this task. The technical memo will be prepared and submitted on 01/18/2019.
