| Details: | Site visit on this date to follow up on 8-13-25 survey. System is tracking chlorine residuals 2 x weekly & maintaining a detectable residual. System sampled & reported arsenic results on 10-23-25. System as temporary patch on crumbing concrete riser & rusted lid on storage tank. They have hired a company to replace riser & lid. Will extend due date to 3-31-26. System in process of hiring new company to test backflow devices. Extended due date to 3-31-26. | ||
