Details:	Chance informed me that the water system did not serve the public during the month of March 2019. One event in February was open to the public, then the camp was closed. Due to the closure in March no monitoring or reporting data will be submitted. The camp opened to the public in April. The non-reporting violation the water system incurred for March will be reviewed.
