| Details: | October 14, 2025 survey noted several deficiencies due to this system being reclassified as a community system and installing a new well. Site visit 1/29/2026 verified all the plan review items have been addressed: Raw sample tap, pump to waste and roof hatch for reservoir all installed. Initial water quality samples have all been taken or in process for L & C, IOC, VOC, SOC, Rads. Met Darla in her office and filled out CSP, ERP, O & M and she submitted 2025 ASR and Enabling authority. Will review in a few weeks to ensure water quality results have been received and will work with Carrie G to set sampling Schedule. |
