| Details: | On 4.17.19, I left a message on Lura Huff's voice mail reminding her that three repeat samples and a source sample should be taken within 24 hours. Having not heard from Ms. Huff, I called the main office of BLM on 4.19.19 and had the front office person send an email to Ms. Huff and her supervisor. The office person mentioned that both Ms. Huff and her supervisor have been out of the office for a couple of days. No repeat samples have shown up on SDWIS as of 4.19 by 5pm. | ||
