| Details: | Susan called and left a voice mail on my phone before the alert came through. She had a company come and shock the well at 10am the same morning. I contacted Casey L. with OHA drinking water program about next steps. I let Susan know after discussing the issue with Casey that she will need to flush the lines thoroughly and on Thursday take a source sample and 3 distribution samples. She agreed and will turn in the samples on Thursday the 25th. | ||
