| Details: | Operator emailed me to let me know that the DBP results were high. This was his explanation of what happened. "City of Sandy took their storage tank off line (did not inform me until I noticed the gradual drop in Chlorine residual and asked) as such we were fed the old Bull run water in the pipe over the course the next 2 weeks. There is several miles of 18 inch pipe between SAWC and the City of Sandy storage tank and that was right when I needed to take the sample in order to not be affected by processing over the Holidays" I let the operator know that a public notice will be needed for HAA5's. He felt that levels should drop back to normal with Sandy's storage tank back online. |
