| Details: | On 4/25/19, Kathy Woosley sent us an email requesting technical assistance. Also the email contained three documents attached: (1) A updated coliform monitoring plan; (2) A cross-connection control plan; and (3) A current list of known installed testable backflow prevention devices. On 4/29/19, Hood River County responded (via email) with a formal approval of their proposed corrective action plan. See WSS compliance schedule link for details. We also provided technical assistance. Copies of these referenced documents, may be viewed upon request at Hood River County Health Department. |
