| Details: | I contacted Mr. McEnroe this day and he stated he was in the process of employing Tim Tice (OAWU) to finish the operations and maintenance manual and protocol for under certified operators. He stated the documents should be finished by September 30, 2019. I am extending the due date to 9/30/19. |
