Details: Operator took quarterly coliform in distribution and source sample. Dist sample negative for coliforms. Source (AA) sample positive for E. coli. Advised operator to take 5 confirmation samples at the source (AA) within 24 hours. No repeats of distribution samples needed. If any of the follow-up samples are positive for E.coli - 4 log disinfection is required as well as potential of a boil water notice. This response was generated prior to receiving the Alert, which came on Friday.
