Details:	System has run out of chlorine twice within the last 2 months. Facility is not used on a regular basis. They ran out of chlorine again on Monday April 29. Operator has a meeting scheduled today with his supervisor and he will talk to him about these ongoing issues. I explained that they would need to post PN whenever this happens and sent him the form via email. He said he handed off the issues that were found during the last survey to other staff. He assumed they had gotten back to me. He will follow up with staff and get back to me.
