| Details: | Pete indicated the following have been implemented since February, when CTs were not met for a couple of days: - The chlorine solution strength has been increased by 3% to ensure a higher chlorine residual at the first customer so that CT's are met. - He will watch temperature more closely to increase chlorine dose during colder temperatures when CT required levels are higher. - District is considering purchasing an on-line chlorine analyzer at first customer, to more closely monitor any chlorine residual drop and respond quicker. March 2019 disinfection CTs were met every day, with chlorine residual levels higher. |
