| Details: | I called Nick Hogan, business manager for Estacada SD, to inform him that lead and copper monitoring was not reported for the Eagle Creek Elem. water system and proposed that DWS address the situation with a compliance agreement. Mr. Hogan called back when I was out of the office and stated that he thought the monitoring was conducted but that if it wasnt the District would of course sign an agreement. | ||
