Details:	Leave voice message on office phone that the routine coliform sample submitted on May 1st had positive results. Leave my contact information with instructions to call me back. Lab confirmed. That a staff member contacted Solomon last night regarding this test results. Made contact with system staff this morning 5/6/19 at 7:10am. They will be submitting a source and three distribution samples today for coliform.
