| Details: | Andy Taylor is Considering adding 6 additional mobile home sites to the property with a new well either the 6 sites and new well as a completely new PWS or extending the current pws to the new sites with the new well to supplement water throughout the system. The latter would qualify this pws as a community water system with new requirements and the former would result in 2 state reg pws with sampling requirements for each identical to the current requirements. I advised making sure to initiate plan review prior to drilling the new well with DWS and to recognize approval from the WRD does not equate with approval from DWS. | ||
