| Details: | Bob called to mention that a 12" butterfly valve blew off a 24" main, draining much of the southeast pressure zone. Pressures were restored in well under an hour. Flushing performed. Customers were notified to a degree. And otherwise they followed much of the best management practices outlined in this document even before knowing it exists. Pete sent him the document and asked them to verify the chlorine levels, and to take some representative "Special" coliform samples today. That said, this is largely outside of OHA/DWS regulations, strictly speaking. But McMinnville is taking appropriate precautions. Action Items
