| Details: | Spoke to David, a concerned resident. He says that Columbia City is planning on doing work on their reservoir, which is near the Miloris Water system well head. They plan on working within 4 ft of the well. I told him there is no specific setback to construction activities, but that they should clearly identify the well and the set back to which they agree. He asked whether asphalt is a sanitary hazard and I told him it was not specifically listed in statute, but that they should maintain the maximum setback possible for safety. | ||
