| Details: | Dustin called to inquire why a violation card was received. I explained the 1 st quarter routine coliform sample was not reported. Dustin mentioned he was a new operator and was trying to figure out what to do. I explained their monitoring requirements and put them in touch with Waterlab corp to schedule their future monitoring.
