| Details: | I called Ms. Twist, who is the registered agent for the Walnut Mobile Home Park business. I notified Ms. Twist that DWS will need to establish a compliance agreement with the parks owner, William Davidson. Ms. Twist stated I could send her the proposed agreement via email and she will review it with her client. I later received a revised phone number for the parks manager, Wanda Winn, who stated she would send the proposed agreement to Mr. Davidson and he could sign it because the monitoring was already scheduled for this summer anyway. | ||
