| Details: | Contacted the operator because Crystal Springs Water District is reporting a zero-pressure / boil-water event in their area (this is a purchasing water system). We advised the operator to turn off the pumps at the intertie. Verify whether there is still pressure at the purchase-point. Declare a boil-water advisory if no pressure. If pressure is still present, we advised the system to implement water conservation actions, and monitor reservoir levels. Declare a boil water advisory if system has a zero-pressure event. We requested that the operator contact us at our general email and phone number with updates. |
