| Details: | Mailed a letter stating the following: February 4, 2026 Jake Jones City of North Powder, PWS ID 4100577 P.O. Box 309 North Powder, OR 97867 Subject: Water System Survey Follow-Up for City of North Power, PWS ID 4100577 Dear Mr. Jones: This letter is a follow-up to the December 30, 2025 Water System Survey report for the city of North Powder in Union County Oregon. On the report it stated that you must contact me within 30 days and correct all deficiencies and violations by May 5, 2026 or be on an approved corrective action plan. It has been over 30 days and I have not heard from you or your office. Please provide my office with an update to how you will correct these significant deficiencies and rule violations.
