| Details: | Mailed a letter stating the following: February 4, 2026 Joe Wing, Executive Director Camp Elkanah PO Box 150 La Grande, OR 97850 Subject: Water System Survey Follow-Up for Camp Elkanah, PWS ID 4190251 Dear Mr. Wing: This letter is a follow-up to the December 22, 2025 Water System Survey report for Camp Elkanah in Union County Oregon. On the report it stated that you must contact me within 30 days and correct all deficiencies and violations by April 27, 2026 or be on an approved corrective action plan. It has been over 30 days and I have not heard from you or your office. Please provide my office with an update to how you will correct these significant deficiencies and rule violations.
