| Details: | Cathy sent me photo verification of repair of hatch on reservoir on 2/6/26. I have granted a 14 day extension for chlorine residuals and repair of screen overflow, due date is 2/20/26. Also granted extension for operator certification, Cathy has taken SWS course but has had trouble receiving exam scores, due date is 2/20/26. Cathy has submitted SWS Operator Application and certification on 2/11/26. Cathy has sent me copy of chlorine residuals on 2/19/26, all deficiencies have been corrected. | ||
