| Details: | I contacted Mr. Morawiec and discussed the recent repeat positive total coliform samples. Noted the need for a level 1 investigation, shock chlorination, and planning for treatment in the future. He stated he will be investigating sampling by taking special samples himself rather than use the lab who conducted most recent samples, have a well engineer investigate construction, and possibly add housing to further protect the wellhead. He stated he will be looking to add UV treatment in the future depending on results. He will consult with me before installing any treatment as this must be reviewed by DWS. Also outlined details in an email to Morawiec. |
