| Details: | I left a voice message and sent an email to John informing him that the WS needs to report 3 repeat samples and a triggered source sample followed by 3 temp routines in March. I also reminded him to complete a L1 investigation by 3/14/26. The WS reported 4 routine samples collected on 2/6/26, on of which was labeled at well. I asked John if this was meant to be reported as a routine or triggered source sample. | ||
