| Details: | 2026 Survey. 03.27.2026 - The operator compleated the SOPs. Next steps: Photos of the new NSF 60 certified disinfectant will be provided. 03.16.2026 - The operator provided a photo of the bi-weekly free chlorine records. Next steps: Complete the Maintenance and Operation Manual with SOPs and provide a photo of the new NSF 60 certified disinfectant. The operator was instructed to discontinue the use of the Chlor-Safe NW-420. 02.20.2026 - The operator reported that she has created a coliform sampling plan. The plan was reviewed and approved. Next steps: Address the other pending survey rule requirements. The operator was also advised to consider taking the necessary steps to map the distribution lines when possible. This will help verify if the current repeat sampling ocations are ideal or if new sites are needed. Additionally, a map will assist the park in installing shut-off valves to solate specific sections, allowing maintenance to be more efficient in repairing line breaks and minimizing the areas affected by the repairs. 02.16.2026 Survey site review completed on 02.11.206. Survey report and cover letter submitted to DMCE and to the operator on 02.16.2026. Unmet rule requirements noted. Specifically: 1. Disinfectant is not NSF approved for continuous use. 2. Distribution residuals are not consistently recorded at least twice weekly. 3. No coliform sampling plan 4. No operation and maintenance manual Corrective actions due June 22, 2026. |
