| Details: | Received alert for repeat and trigger samples taken on 5/3/2018 all samples are positive for total coliform. Contacted Lorna she stated they are in the works to shock chlorinate the system now. She stated that she was pretty sure that she new what had happened. There had been recent work done to lines to add washing machines and the system had not been shocked after the work had been done. | ||
