| Details: | The on-staff on-call phone duty person forwarded a letter sent to the City of Lakeview regarding their 2025 Consumer Confidence Report (CCR). The concerned citizen also had questions regarding water quality testing transparency. The concerned citizen was contacted and given an overview of the following: data online web page (monitoring data, monitoring schedules, active water sources, manganese treatment plan review, violations, monitoring alerts and most recent water system survey. In addition to the data online information, the concerned citizen was provided website information on manganese. The concerned citizen was informed to call or email if they had any additional questions or concerns. | ||
