| Details: | They have a bi-lateral compliance (BCA)agreement was issued September 12, 2024 to address LCR treatment excursions. The corrosions control set points for Ph is 7.0 and Phosphate 1.0. The excursions were due to low Ph levels. Soda Ash treatment was installed in 2024 to address lowering Ph levels in the ground water. The water system had a lead exceedance in July 2025. The first set of water quality parameters (WQP's) and tap samples were due on January 10. The first set of WQP was conducted on February 16 and received on February 18, The tap samples and second set of WQP's are scheduled for February 20. I have reviewed the compliance letter dated July 16 2025 with the operator. |
