| Details: | Patrick called with questions regarding the Monthly Disinfection Report for Groundwater Systems form and other reporting requirements. I informed Patrick that only systems that are designated Groundwater Under the Direct Influence of Surface Water (GWUDI) are required to report the Monthly Disinfection Report for Groundwater Systems. I also relayed additional information regarding the routine and source assessment sampling requirements, chemical sampling requirements, CCR reporting deadlines, and the Cross Connection annual fee and reporting requirement. A follow up email was sent to Patrick summarizing all the information with hyperlinks to coliform/chemical schedules, CCR checklist guide and certification form, and instructions on how to complete the Annual Cross Connection report. |
