| Details: | Talked with Mike regarding deficiencies noted on the Survey on 10/16/25. They cleared out brush around the well to prevent pooling of water, but are currently waiting for drier weather to pour a concrete slab around the well and possible add cover. NSF chlorine tablets were acquired, no longer using non-NSF chemicals. DPD test kit and chlorine residual log are not being used. Coliform monitoring and testing is being conducted quarterly and is up to date. Water storage tank was altered to be locked, secured, and water tight. Coliform Sampling Plan and Operations and Maintenance manual were sent and kept on file. Will check back at the end of March to see if concrete was poured around well. |
