| Details: | Called and spoke with Jay on the phone since I have not heard from him after doing the survey and following up via mail and email about deficiencies. Indicated to him that compliance in areas of the emergency manual, operations manuel need to be done and shown for compliance. Jay indicated that he disconnected the chlorine system and that would correct the need to monitor residuals. He also has been testing monthly since December of 2025 and will continue to do so for at least a year without missing a sample to be able to go to quartley. |
