| Details: | 2017 Survey Deficiency Follow-up On 04.06.19 Jennifer emailed me informing that she mailed the operations and maintenance manual for Lucas Pioneer Ranch PWS in November, 2018, after they lifted the level 2/3 fire evacuation. At that time she was also able to get someone up at the ranch that could install the raw water sample tap at the well. She chose to mail the documents and pictures of the newly install tap via snail mail because she does not have the ability to scan/fax documents. I informed Ms. Northup that our EH office didn't receive the information the mailed. Given the nature of the documents I suggested next time she use a mailing service that will allow her to track the mail. I advice Ms. Northup to please leave copies of her O&M Plan and the Revised coliform sampling plan at Curry Community Health offices in Gold Beach. On 04.18.19 Ms. Northup emailed me a close up picture of the newly installed raw water sample. The picture doesn't really show the faucet and its location. I requested a new picture that would clearly show the faucet from a wider angle. On 05.10.19 I received a copy of the documents listed above, including a copy of a receipt of the payment made to the person that installed the raw water sample tap at the well. |
