Details:	I spoke with Ms. Quinn about the uncorrected significant deficiencies at the water system. It turns out actual deficiencies were not discovered and that the water storage facilities were not fully inspected during the 2017 sanitary survey. The operator was supposed to send pictures to Rebecca Templin following the survey but it appears those pictures were not sent. Ms. Quinn said she will talk to Robert (the operator) this week and let me know when pictures of the reservoirs can be submitted. I think the best course of action is to extend the current deadline for these deficiencies because actual construction defects don't exist.
