| Details: | Spoke with Brett and let him know the WS now has an arsenic RAA above the MCL and must issue a tier 2 public notice. I emailed him a copy of the PN template. The WS must also take corrective action to bring the arsenic levels down below the MCL. I asked Brett to have the treatment system evaluated and provide me with a compliance plan. | ||
